ICSA
ICSA is the professional body for Chartered Secretaries. A Chartered Secretary is qualified in company law, accounting, corporate governance, administration, company secretarial practice and management. You are trained to chart a course through regulation, legislation and best practice, and to deliver effective operations.
You will be working at board level as company secretaries and in other senior positions in companies, charities, local government, educational institutions, NGOs and trade bodies.

Tuition
Teaching consists of a combination of lectures, tutorials, case studies, field trips and individual project work.
Internal Assessment
Your progress on the course will be assessed by a combination of course work including essays, reports, class tests, project work and examination.
Final examinations are conducted by the ICSA who awards the final certificate for the programme.
Admission Requirements
- Applicants must normally be 18 years of age and hold the minimum entry requirement of 2 GCE ‘A’ Levels and 5 GCE ‘O’ Level subjects, including English and Mathematics
- SSS: Credit in three (3) core subjects, including Core English and Core Mathematics plus three (3) passes in the Electives (with an aggregate of not more than 24).
- Recognized Degree, Diploma, DBS, HND, ACCA and professional qualifications.
- Holders of higher qualifications may gain exemption from some of the examinations.
