OUR INTERNSHIP SCHEME
Zenith College seeks to produce individuals who, not only, are academically prepared to pass their final examinations with top grades but could be versatile enough to engage their skills to meet challenges in various roles as middle and top management personnel in industry, commerce and public service. In line with this policy an internship scheme to meet this need is necessary. This document seeks to outline the details of such a scheme dubbed ‘Develop Your Practical Skills’
OBJECTIVE
- To expose students to true challenges in the work environment and prepare them for a more effective working life.
- To assist students in their studies by relating theory to practice and facilitating their understanding of the inter-relationship between theory and practice.
- To develop their leadership, inter-personal and professional skills to job seeking and taking of independent of decisions to solve real life problems.

- Full time assignments
- Contract engagements
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE SCHEME
All bona fide students of Zenith College undertaking full time study. A bona fide student, for the avoidance of any doubt, is one who has:
- registered as a full time student
- paid fees in full
- has ID card
- been in the College for at least 1 Semester
- proven record of a high academic achievement
HOW TO APPLY
A student should complete an application form with relevant attachments
INTERNSHIP ORIENTATION
Successful applicants would go through an internship orientation programme. This programme would:
- explain the rational behind the Scheme
- assist beneficiaries to complete Scheme Monitoring and Evaluation(SME) forms
- sign an undertaking to comply with terms and conditions under the Scheme
