The Fees Policy of Zenith University College sets out guidelines for the payment, part or full refund of moneys paid by students in exchange for our tuition and or any other services that may be applied or requested for.
OBJECTIVES
1. To set out a uniform process in payment and refund of moneys by students.
2. To outline tuition and other services at the College that attract fees and other monetary consideration.
3. To provide a basis for setting any fee dispute that may arise between students and Zenith College.
INITIAL PAYMENTS
1. Application Forms:- Shall be purchased by all students applying to the college.
2. Registration Processes:-Students shall pay a non-refundable College/ departmental fee to commence the academic year programmes as administrative charges before lectures start.
3. Other Services:- All other services to be provided to students shall attract a (non refundable) service charge as and when necessary.

LLB - External fees & Local fees
The total external fees for the two or three-year programme is between £4,000 and £4,500. This is considerably less expensive taking cognizance of the worldwide recognition of the degree from the University. The breakdown is as follows:

APPLICANTS WILL BE FILLING TWO FORMS
1. University of London forms plus the following documents:
a) All your school certificates should be certified by Commission of Oath or High Court
b) Photocopy of either your birth certificate, passport, marriage certificate and/or statutory declaration if you have a change of name.
c) Your transcripts to be enclosed in the application submitted to the school.
d) If you have ‘A’ level, ‘O’ level or SSSCE, ask WAEC to send your results directly toUniversity of London
e) £66 payable to University of London
Zenith College will assist you with the postage of your document free of charge.
2. Zenith College forms plus photocopies of your certificates.
Forms are sold and processed throughout the year. It is advisable to send your application early in order to receive your study pack on time to prepare for studies. However the deadline for submission to University of London is 17th September. Your forms should therefore reach Zenith College latest 7th September.
DIPLOMA IN LAW FEES STRUCTURE
Students who apply for the Diploma in Law have two fee components.
FEES TO UNIVERSITY IN LONDON
• Initial Registration Fees £804 (Before 1st September)
• Examination Fees £356 (1st February or Before)
• Continuing Registration Fees £330 (Before 1st September)
• Examination Fees £356 (1st February or Before)
All external fees change after 1st September
FEES TO ZENITH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE
• First Year (GH¢ 1,020) Tuition Fees (Beginning of each academic year)
• English Language & Legal Studies (GH¢120)
• Second Year (GH¢ 1020) Tuition Fees (Beginning of each academic year)
*The University of London fees are paid in 4 installments whiles that of Zenith University College is paid in full at the beginning of each academic year.
